Holding a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in HR, along with a Supply Chain certification from IIM Rohtak, Dr. Ajay combines academic depth with business pragmatism. He is also a Qualified Independent Director (Institute of Directors) and serves as a Director Consultant and Regional Training Lead for BNI Cochin, extending his impact into entrepreneurial ecosystems and governance spaces.
